Recently, a well-known actor posted a video on social media with the caption "The store is too big to respect customers," drawing attention to Pacific Insurance's auto insurance renewal services. In fact, CPIC Property & Casualty Insurance is the company within the Pacific Insurance Group responsible for auto insurance operations.

The actor renewed the compulsory traffic insurance in 8 this year, but when attempting to purchase commercial insurance online, the order submission failed with the message "Insurance already processed," requiring manual processing. However, upon contacting the agent, they were told to wait for the company to reach out.
Over the next month, the actor contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remained unresolved. During a subsequent interaction with an agent, a verbal dispute arose. The actor also revealed that the insurer involved was Pacific Insurance.
According to the actor's disclosure and multiple media reports, Pacific Insurance proactively called to apologize one hour after the video was posted, demonstrating a rapid response by assigning a dedicated team to handle the matter. The actor ultimately chose to cancel their policy.
